Please Note: If you are adding your spouse and/or other family members to this subscription, you MUST include both their name and birthdate. Family plans cover husband, wife, and any children living at home under 18 years of age (or over the age of 18 and who are still enrolled in and attending high school), as well as full-time college students up to 24 years of age. (All persons must be listed on the subscription application.) Parents of the husband and wife, in-laws, non-family, and any other persons living in the household who do not satisfy the criteria previously mentioned are not covered under the family membership.
